AIS REGISTRATION FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Acceptance of your abstract/paper means you are qualified to participate in the AIS event you submitted your abstract/paper for. 
  • Authors whose abstracts/papers are accepted for an AIS event are required to pay the registration fee.
  • Payments can be paid via AIS website. 
  • The early bird registration discount will be only available for those who make their payment prior to scheduled deadline.

     Registration fee includes:

  • Refreshments during the conference
  • Conference materials (Badges, File, Program List, etc.) 
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Access to all sessions 
  • Publication of abstracts and/or full papers, if announced.
  • Please NOTE that registration fees do not include transportation, meals or accommodation.

Cancellations and Refunds

By registering and paying for any AIS event, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policies.

  1. If a registrant is unable to attend an AIS event for any reason he/she may substitute, by arrangement with the AIS, someone else to attend in his/her place.
  2. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Authors:

  1. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 75% refund of the registration fees paid.
  2. Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
  3. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

Non-authors:

  1. Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for an 75% refund of the registration fees paid.
  2. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days, but more than 15 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
  3. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 15 days of the event.

Visa Issues:

  1. Cancellations by authors made after a failed visa application are eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fees paid. 
  2. Visa failure notification must be received by the AIS in writing (email) with a proof no later than 30 (thirty) days before the conference starts for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund.

Cancellation by the AIS:

  1. If any event is cancelled by the AIS for any reason, registrations fees paid are refunded fully.
